Bio
Margaux is the youngest female ever to be accepted into the Makeup Artist Union Local 706 where she has been a member since 1991.
First introduced to the craft by noted make up artist "Ghandi" Bob Arollo, make up artist on Ghostbusters and ER, Bob showed his young protégé how to create a fake burn on her forearm using everyday items from the kitchen. Margaux was hooked.
Margaux’s boundless energy and infectious spirit infuses her work and has made her a sought after commodity in the beauty and special effects make up industry. Now entering her 23rd year in the film industry, Marguax has applied her trade to scores of feature films such as National Treasure, Poseidon, Shaggy Dog, xXx 2: State of the Union, The Princess Diaries, Man on the Moon, Very Bad Things, Living Out Loud, Born Yesterday, Stone Cold, The Waterdance, Why do Fools Fall in Love, Bound by Honor and Batman and Robin. She has also worked on numerous television productions such as Ugly Betty, The OC, Alias, ER, Judging Amy, ITV Hit me Baby, MTV’S Rock the Cradle, Clueless, Pacific Blue, Blade Squad, CSI:NY, Providence, Mad TV and various segments on VH1, MTV, E! Entertainment.
Margaux has an ever-expanding celebrity clientele including Belinda Carlisle, Hilary Duff, Rosie O’Donnell, Lara Johnston, Tiffany, Peter Gabriel, Helen Mirren, Julia Duffy, Benjamin Bratt, Nicollette Sheridan, Martin Sheen, Tyne Daly, Amy Brenneman, Wesley Snipes, Billy Bob Thornton and David Spade.
Her print work includes Ok Magazine, Red, In Touch and the London Radio Times.
Expanding on her literary talents, Margaux is a contributor to Hopla Magazine and Tibesti. She has had over 32 articles printed in Hopla regarding make up, skin care, and working as a make up artist in the entertainment industry as well as 10 plus articles for Tibesti regarding beauty products.
An avid explorer for all items new, she continues to provide exceptional information on a variety of topics and products to her clients and anyone interested in looking their best in person and on film.
