Preston Konrad is one of the cast members on the hot new reality stylists competition show, Glam God on VH1, airing every Thursday night at 10pm on VH1.
Preston is one of fashion and entertainment industry's freshest and most talented lifestyle experts and television personalities. He has worked with some of Hollywood's biggest and brightest stars, including Marcia Cross, Mary J. Blige, Elizabeth Berkeley and Heidi Montag. Preston was born and raised in a small town outside of Philadelphia. In 2002 he took a leap north, moving to Boston, Massachusetts where he would later earn a degree in entertainment marketing as well as extensive training in entertainment journalism from Emerson College. At only 22 years old, Preston got his start in styling in New York City as a corporate stylist for one of the worlds most successful and influential fashion brands, Ralph Lauren. This is where he perfected his passion for wardrobe styling, interior design and decoration.
After 2 years of styling in New York, Preston decided to trade his NYC subway pass for a convertible and make the move to sunny Los Angeles where he would put his styling abilities to good use in front of the camera. Preston has been a wardrobe stylist on How Do I Look? starring Finola Hughes on Style Network. Preston was also one of the co-hosts of the late night Bravo talk show, Joan Rivers, Straight Talk.
Interior design and decoration are also Preston's specialties, working with clients in Los Angeles such as Sandra Bullock, Cat Deeley, and Sharon Osbourne. Preston has worked on various multi-million dollar interior design projects in Beverly Hills and Malibu, and is currently involved in redesigning on the Beverly Hills corporate offices of fashion designer Christian Audigier, creator of the Ed Hardy brand. From wall coverings, window fixtures and luxury furniture to antique lamps and reconstructed rugs, Preston has the eye for creating a luxurious yet comfortable living space. Preston put his interior design skills to use in completely transforming the drab rooms of two college students on The Swap for MTV.
